He/Him
Hello, my name is Anthony and I've been attending Good Shepherd for 10 years with wife Rebekah and our Kids Erin and Malachi. My 40 years long journey of faith started at my home in rural Alberta outside of the town of Sexsmith where church, bible camp, and youth group laid a foundation for a life of serving the Lord. After marrying and moving to Edmonton I began an 18-year calling to serve Edmonton's homeless community with the faith-basedservice provider Hope Mission. I am currently serving our city as a Social Worker with Alberta Health Services. My church journey has led me from Evangelical to Charismatic to Lutheran to finally Anglican. I love theology and church history, but most of all I love people and I love The Lord. Good Shepherd has been a wonderful Church home and I'm looking forward to serving the Church and sharing the reason for the hope that is in me.
We respectfully acknowledge that we are on Treaty 6 territory. In the spirit of peace, friendship and understanding we walk alongside our Indigenous brothers and sisters on the traditional meeting ground and home of Indigenous Peoples, including Cree, Saulteaux, Blackfoot, Métis and Nakota Sioux. We give thanks for their hospitality and the opportunity to share common ground.
