Our kids can crochet! On Saturday, February 8, Michelle taught a crocheting workshop to eager children, teens, and adults. Michelle taught the kids to think of crochet like capturing a monster: to stab it, tie it up, rip its guts out, and repeat! At the end, participants learned to create a chain, and some made friendship bracelets with added beads. Everyone enjoyed a few slices of pizza and some crazy bread. All together, 11 people got together to crochet, and 2 scrapbookers showed some tips and tricks, too!
Special thanks to Michelle for hosting the workshop.
Thank you to Leslie for assisting.
Thanks to Margaret and Denise for tips and tricks.
And thanks to the scrapbooking team for letting us hang out with them for the morning!
